pomp & circumstance

Loved seeing these Shafers graduate. There’s just something about the three siblings in cap and gown that rocks my photographic world.

Way to go Doug, Ben, and Kadi!

I love the triple grads! Congrats to all of you. A family that graduates together, stays together.

I like the cap and gown, but the clown hat and get up is my fav!

Jack--you look remarkable similar to your engagement picture in that picture of you and your best graduate. Check out the pose, check out the smiles. Maybe Dougie didn't graduate at all--perhaps your just photoshopped those graduation-appropriate clothes onto your engagement picture.

Congratulations Doug! You are so awesome and super smart. I am so proud of you and all your hard work. Good job to you too Jackie for helping him through and getting through yourself. You guys are seriously the best! Love you!

Way to go Grads!

Lind--it's not the magic of PhotoShop, but rather our default pose. We can find repeats of this pose in several family vacations, my graduation last year, and our wedding day. If we didn't have this pose to fall back on, I just don't know what we'd do!

But your comment makes me wonder if we shouldn't just take some sort of template picture in the default pose and then add church clothes, bathing suits, etc. for every activity we do. Food for thought.
