I was so thrilled at this news too! Only about 1.5 hours away from us. Awesome.
rumor has it that we're getting one in Payson, they bought the land for it, but who knows how long it'll take to get started. We'll be able to see it from our front lawn. :0)
I totally thought of you when I heard that announcement on Saturday morning.
