Also I have heard a lot about this nursery of yours...i want to see it real bad! pictures? It sounds like the idea i have for mine..just as a disclaimer before you post and it looks like i stole your idea...lol. But i hear it's fantastic!?
Here is the downside--your boss will throw up on you. And it's really not appropriate to sue in this situation. You can try to give her a performance warning, but I guarantee she'll do it again.
